Formal Request for Hearing to Appeal Committee Member Ineligibility Determination

I am writing to formally appeal the ineligibility determination made against me by Christopher J. Patrick, Chairman of the Lackawanna County Democratic Committee, as set forth in the correspondence of June 10, 2026, and request that a hearing be held by the County Executive Committee of my appeal. I request that notice of the hearing be sent to me by both email and certified U.S. Mail.

I respectfully maintain that my removal from office is unjust and inconsistent with my rights as a duly elected committee member. I intend to fully exercise all procedural rights available to me under the Lackawanna County Democratic Committee bylaws, applicable Pennsylvania law, and any other governing rules and procedures.

Please consider this email my official request for a hearing and my timely appeal of your determination. I ask that you acknowledge receipt of this appeal and provide the date, time, location, and procedures for the hearing at your earliest convenience.
